Being able to rely on a home improvement company for actual design ideas and giving them the liberty to do what they feel is best is a huge selling point to me…sometimes the process gets overwhelming and your calm reassurance was comforting - you delivered more than expected.

It was a good project and experience for us. It took longer than anticipated, but because we were living in the house during the construction period, they did everything they could to make sure the place was clean at the end of the workday.
They were good at keeping us informed of the costs and progress as things went along. It was absolutely amazing how quickly the room over the garage went from demolition to dry in. Also, some of the tile installation was tricky and they had the sub redo the work until it was correct. We were really happy with the changes made. It makes our house much more livable for us.
